Lewistown Moose Riders Serving our Community Once Again!
The Moose Riders of Lewistown Moose Family Center continue to support the community. Their latest donations included a check for $700.00 and several boxes of food presented to Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, the local food pantry. Supporting Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard is a continued effort of the Moose Riders. Having year round donation boxes at the front door of the Moose Family Center and hosting a monthly bingo every first Thursday at 6:30 pm are some of the ways they raise funds. They also do many other fund raisers and support many other charities that help our neighbors in need. The main mission of not only the Moose Riders, but also the entire Moose Fraternity is caring for our children, our seniors, and our community. (Please see photo and artical in the photos section of this website.)

The Lewistown Moose Riders would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Holiday season.

I would like to start out by saying thank you and a job well done to all our members who signed up new members during the last membership campaign. You helped tremendously to surpass our quota for the year, and you deserve to give yourself a pat on the back. Thank you again.

A congratulations to the new officers who are serving on the board for the first time, Jr. Governor Allen Winn and 2 year Trustee Dennis Goss, and returning to this year’s board Governor Bob Moore, Treasurer Sam Sherman, Jr. Past Governor Matt Reik, Trustees Charles Clark, Lewis Smith, and Prelate Bill Deeg. And, to the new appointed Sergeant at Arms Steve Sunday.

During the next couple of months you will be seeing work being done around the lodge. A new Point of Sale (POS) system is being installed. The purpose of this will be to improve and provide better service to our members. Also, a new installation to our lighting will be installed to help cut our energy cost.

And last, but not least, I thank all the members for their support throughout the year.
